AIESEP <\/b>is<\/b> an international, non-<\/b>governmental<\/b>, non-profit, <\/b>professional<\/b> association<\/b> which<\/b> aims<\/b> to <\/b>promote<\/b> high <\/b>quality<\/b> research<\/b> worldwide<\/b> in the <\/b>areas<\/b> of <\/b>physical<\/b> education<\/b>, <\/b>physical<\/b> activity and sport <\/b>pedagogy<\/b> across<\/b> the <\/b>lifespan<\/b>.  AIESEP <\/b>is<\/b> a <\/b>multilingual<\/b>, <\/b>multicultural<\/b> Association, and <\/b>comprises<\/b> <\/b>members<\/b> from <\/b>all<\/b> around<\/b> the globe<\/b>.<\/p>\n\n\n

The objectives of AIESEP are as follows:<\/p>\n

  1. To promote and support scientific research in professional preparation and professional practice in physical education, physical activity and sport pedagogy across the lifespan.<\/li>\n
  2. To organize scientific meetings and information dissemination mechanisms which facilitate the sharing of new knowledge with the international community.<\/li>\n
  3. To endorse appropriate scientific meetings which further the aims of AIESEP<\/li>\n
  4. To promote cross-cultural research.<\/li>\n
  5. To co-operate with international bodies to advocate for physical education, physical activity and sport pedagogy across the lifespan.<\/li>\n
  6. To provide evidence-based advice to government and international institutions.<\/li>\n
  7. To develop policies which ensure that AIESEP activities are relevant and of service to the members which comprise it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
